"With the Holidays, vacations, back to school and back to work activities over the past month or so, we would not be surprised if you inadvertently missed the news about the CDF-sponsored Children's Celiac/gluten-free Camp at Camp Fire USA's Camp Nawakwa in the mountains of Big Bear in Southern California. Our first session is scheduled for the week of July 30 to August 3, 2012. We're very excited about offering this Camp to children between the ages of 7 and 15, and judging from the response we've received so far, it is clearly going to be a big hit with many families, not to mention the children.
SPACES ARE LIMITED, so don't miss the opportunity to give the child(ren) with Celiac disease in your life a memorable experience. The Camp site offers a wide variety of activities, from canoeing on its nearby lake, to hiking its trails, to a "theater" for showing off campers' thespian talents - all in an environment where campers will feel safe that the food they eat during their week's stay is gluten-free, cross contamination-free, worry-free. Here's a peek at some of what the Camp site offers.

Don't delay. Register your child today. Here's some more exciting news...We have worked out an arrangement with Camp Fire USA to provide a 10% discount on registrations for multiple siblings (proof of family relationship required). To register, get further information and read about all the fun we have in store for our Campers, here is the website.
Camp Nawakwa is accredited by the American Camp Association.
Happy Camping!"
Sincerely,
The Celiac Disease Foundation
