Don’t Miss Out! The Wish List Is Up, Get Involved and Support Your Favorite Products. www.GFSpecialty.com

Stay Healthy

1.  Boost Your Body's Natural Immunity:
Don't forget to grab your immune boosters while you're in town: Emergen-C, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Probiotics, Amino Acids, Kombucha and Cultured foods are our favorite ways of boosting our health during the winter months.

2. Eat for Health:
Eating for health involves eating your colors and maintaining a fresh and balanced diet.  Be sure to get your veggies, fruits, fats, proteins and starches.  Eating a balanced diet allows our bodies function with optimal fuel.

3.  Keep Active:
Even when it's cold out, it's important to stay active.  The GFS team enjoys walking, hiking, running, biking, snowboarding, surfing and yoga, to keep our body's health and wellness.

4.   Breathe:
Air is free, so don't forget to breathe throughout the day.  Dedicate a small amount of time everyday to focusing on your breathing.  Whether you take 2 minutes or 30 minutes a day, focusing on your breathing can help prevent headaches, illness and can make daily stresses easier to manage.

5.  Rest:
The body needs rest to recover from daily stress and to fight viruses and bacterias that naturally exist.  Take time to take care of you.  Be pro-active not reactive in your immune health.  Your body will thank you for it.
